You agree not to use SmartLink QR to create links or QR codes that point to malware, phishing pages, spam, or content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where the service operates. We reserve the right to disable any link or account found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect link redirects, QR generation, or the dashboard.
Paid plans, where offered, renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is described at the point of purchase.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
SmartLink QR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
